Domestic and International (If Possible) Shipping Policy
During the Checkout process, customers are prompted to choose a shipping method. Shipping costs are dependent on the items in the order along with the selected shipping method. The total shipping charges can first be estimated prior to the completion of the order.
Our policy is to get your order shipped to you as quick as possible however it may take 1-2 business days. Orders not processed before noon(PST), may not be processed until the following day. Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding observed holidays within the United States. We do not ship on holidays so if you order on a Friday of a holiday weekend your order potentially won’t ship until Tuesday after the Monday holiday!
CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REPORTING ANY DAMAGED PRODUCT WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF PRODUCT. PLEASE READ THE “DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING” CONDITION IN OUR RETURN POLICIES. We highly recommend packages over $150. Require a signature.

SHIPPING QUOTES: Medicinal ESSENTIALS utilizes live shipping quotes for any shipment within the United States, including Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska and other US territories. Upgraded shipping services are available at an additional cost, and are listed during the checkout process. International orders are available, also utilizing live shipping quotes.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handled by the carrier (USPS - Priority Mail) that may provide tracking information until your order is received.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: If you need assistance with international shipping please contact us. Our shopping cart currently is not set up for international shipping. Please email us your shipping request and we will make our best effort to fill the order. International ordering can be very problematic and is done at the risk of the customer. Packages held by their country’s customs on purpose or by mistake are the responsibility of the customer. Once the international package leaves our facility all responsibility is on the purchasing individual.
